you are in vilolation of copy right laws, as you have not been
given permission to 'list' my software at your site:

furthermore, PGHQ (kenny!!) should contact you, as you have
taken the contents from www.palmgear.com and directly
copied them to your site! (even down to the description)!
my 'webpages' (as you state) do not contain the same material.
this is unacceptable, when i went to the link to remove my
products, NOT all my products were listed (but they exist
on your site) - so it looks like you have two accounts for
me..
i do NOT want an account, nor i am sure a LOT of developers
(who are also receiving this email)... want you to list
software without their permission.
if developers wish to list software on your site, you should
ask them BEFORE listing it.
