  this is exactly my point!

  if you release a new version.. are YOU (as a developer) supposed to 
  surf the net and update them all?

  i dont know the relationship between PalmSpot and PalmGear, but i 
  know for certain they copied all the images and text from PGHQ.

  i dont want my software EVERYWHERE.. due to the updating reason.
  hackers give out patches for certain versions.. if you control
  where things are listed.. you can control how much patching
  is actually done..

  currently, a patch for some of my games exist, and i dont know
  where the 'outdated' versions exist.. this is what i want to control
  (as a developer)
