We got the same notice. What's their relationship to PalmGear? They seem to
link back to PalmGear for the "Purchase Now" buttons. They mention nothing
on their site about selling your software, what cut they get, statistics
about number of downloads, etc. Although we like the exposure, we don't like
how the postings seem to be an "opt-out" approach. I could find no
information relevant to developers wishing to post on their site like you
would find on PalmGear or PalmCentral. We don't have time to keep too many
sites up to date, and we don't want stale/outdated software sitting on sites
that we didn't plan on posting too, especially if they keep local copies of
the software. I just wish this was handled differently.
