   Actually, Douglas E. Smith is the executive property manager
of the Lode Runner name, trademarks and everything (his quote).
He's probably very interested because he just spent two years
developing Lode Runner 3D.  It's not farfetched to think that he
would attempt to legally reclaim losses against people selling
his game on other platforms.

   If this is a matter between you, PalmSpot and PGHQ, I'm not sure
why you felt the need to CC this to a list devoted to the PalmOS.
It has been mentioned many times that this is _not_ a marketing
list.  That forum is at http://www.markspace.com/pef/  Why do you
insist on posting your personal issues here?
