PalmDev Mag / Palm vs. WinCE blasphemy

Is there a commercial rag devoted to Palm development?  I recently looked
through HandheldPC mag. and it's almost entirely
<whisper>WindowsCE</whisper>.

Also, are there people on the list with experience developing for both
platforms?  If so, I would appreciate hearing comments on the pros and cons
of each.

Sorry for the potentially inflamatory topic but it's a valid concern / area
of interest.
