First, have no agreement with an organization who just posts your s/w
(who knows; might even try to sell it).
Second, we don't know what their plans are.
Third, they could just begin selling the s/w and telling the buyer
that you owe them the key. That's common but we allow this via
agreements.
Fourth, they might not even send you any money. You have no
agreement with them.
Fifth, that would be bad PR for you not them.
Sixth, why would a legit organization have to hijack web content.
That is building their site on someone elses hard work. Other sites
have had to build up their clientel over years. PalmSpot just stole
that content.
Seventh, prices are determined by you based on who is selling it.
You factor in your costs and distribution costs. They advertize a
cost without contacting you. Not everyone has the same cost on every
site (most do however).
Eight, the best reason of all is that it's against the law.
