The delay is probably due to PalmSource last week. Palm is still a 
relatively small company, and the PalmSource conference takes a fair 
chunk (no pun intended) of their resources during that week and the 
week prior.

I don't presume to speak for Palm, but I've always had excellent 
support from the company and know that if they have been late in 
responding it could be due to the conference.
