Hmm, if one were to be looking for documentation, a good start might be the
documentation page, http://www.palm.com/devzone/docs.html ... then look
down the list for "PQA Format" :-)
A PQA is a PDB with additional constraints/requirements. So in the PQA
format docs you get a special case of the PDB format... but that's probably
98% of what you need to know if you're messing with PDBs.
PRC format docs are in the pipeline, but are extremely similar to PDBs, so
the above doc probably gets you 90% there. If you were at PalmSource
you'll get a cd with my presentation on these three formats, which should
(hopefully) get you 100% there.
