You know if you just double-click on the .rsrc file, constructor will open
it.  The same thing works for .doc files and MSWord, and .txt files for
Notepad. :)  The days of starting an app, then opening your file are long
gone.  Most apps these days expect that you will just open the data file,
and the OS starts the correct app.

I usually just open it from the Project panel in CW.  The double-click
works there too.
