This is a new 'feature', I remember it working properly on an earlier
version of Constructor.  Mine always opens on the 'My Documents' directory.
If you use the Open... or Save As... it does the same thing. It is rather
annoying.  I would love to see CW & Constructor get away from this Mac port
scheme.  This layout may be the norm for a Mac user but its killing those of
use familiar with Windows.
