The name shouldn't change because then it would break things. I'm glad
prc-tools 2.0 exists but it doesn't appeal to those of us who just want an
incremental successor to 0.5.0. For example if I did a apt-get install
prc-tools on my Debian system I would expect it to upgrade smoothly and still
let me compile my projects. Well in my experience so far the 2.0 breaks
backwards compatibility by doing things like changing the names of
executables and the location of sdk headers.
