I'm really less concerned which one (or both) of the post 050
toolsets gets a new designator than I am that at least one of
them does. It may be detrimental that I initially presented the
idea in my response to Sokolov's rather inflammatory "I'm
back" message. I figured a nice suggestion that he pick
a new name would go over better than really saying what
I thought of someone who takes that sort of attitude (specifically
the attitude shown towards John Marshall and his work). I
also thought that since the Sokolov toolset appeared after
the Marshall toolset, it would be only reasonable for Sokolov
to take on the burden of assuming a new name for his package.

But in the end it really doesn't matter which does this. If you
want to press the point that since Marshall's is incompatible
w/ 050 therefore he should change his, be my guest.

My only concern here is really to make the choices easily
distinguishable to someone just coming in looking for some
tools. Since the Marshall toolset and the Sokolov toolset
are NOT successive versions to each other, I firmly believe
that they need different names.

btw: how would -any- name change "break things"? The only
problem I can see is if they both continue with the same name...
