Would this have to be implemented directly in PilRC? One could just
preprocess the file manually (or w/ an appropriate Makefile rule) w/
the C preprocessor. Or maybe you're asking for someone to implement
code in PilRC to automatically invoke the cpp before compiling
resources, the way the C compiler does... :)
