Icons always 16x16?

Using the latest and greatest Constructor (1.5b6) this happens:

I create a new App Icon Family (or Bitmap family) and specify a height /
width
different than 16x16 and hit Create for the Bitmap ID, the Bitmap editor
comes up
always in 16x16 mode.

What can I do?
