CW expects usbport.dll in the "Program Files\palmOne" or "Program Files\Palm" folder. Makse sure you have a copy there. See Answer IDs 133 and 881 in the knowledge base on pdn.palm.com. And yes, you better stop HotSync Manager while debugging.
