You'll have to get your images into Palm database format somehow. 
Either do it on your server and transfer PDB's, or do it in your 
Palm-side app and create the PDB's on the fly.  The details of 
compression and conversion depend on how large and how compressible 
your images are, and what wireless medium you're using (Palm VII? 
Minstrel?  Packet radio?).
