I've seen that when a 1700 is put into a standard cradle it will wakeup and start the
hotsync application. Using the VCD (vehicle cradle) this wakeup does not happen,
obviously because most of the time a hotsync from a vehicle is unwanted. However, what
I would like to achieve is similar behaviour:
-1 on insering the terminal in the vcd, wake up the terminal
-2 receive an event in my program (assume it's the currently running program)
-3 on "insert into vcd" event start a modem connection to the host system from my
program (after some interval time)
I need help on items 1 and 2, please advice.
