Hi Pietro !

I had the same problem because I'm in Switzerland. I've written three times 
to DevRelation before to obtain a positive response. You have to be patient 
(perhaps 2 or 3 weeks) and you will find a surprise in you're mailbox one of 
these mornings.
I also advise you to try this : [EMAIL PROTECTED]
