One point I think is worthy of emphasizing again: Just because a user CAN upgrade to OS 3.3 / OS 3.5 does NOT mean that they WILL upgrade, and you do not analyze a market by looking at potential uipgrades but at current use. Saying "oh - I won't support them - they can always upgrade" is simply saying "oh - I won't support them."
