That'd work, and there are third party utilities to sync your Palm clock
with your desktop, so if you want this, you can get it now. Since there are
still so many clocks that need to be manually adjusted, it'd be nice to be
reminded of DST changes. Also, who wants to wait until the next HotSync to
have the time adjusted? If you sync often, it's probably not a big deal, but
otherwise, you could be in trouble.
