Actually they are guaranteed not to collide w/ any _properly_coded_
3rd party apps.  I've seen a couple using all lowercase.  In one instance
the equivilant mixed-case code was registered in the palm ID database,
so the programmer must've just flaked out when entering it into CW.

Just because all-lowercase IDs aren't allowed, doesn't mean they
don't happen !
