Well, there are literally hundreds of applications out there using this creator ID; 
the result of various software engineers "forgetting" to change the creator ID of the 
sample project from which their product was created. Ultimately, it's their problem 
(the folks who wrote the keyboard driver) not yours, since 'STRT' is registered to 
Palm. ;o)

BTW, word has it this has been corrected in the current drivers(?)
