I resent that comment.  But you are free to think what you like.  

I appreciate all the work that people to that they do not get 
compensated for but after that comment I have to say that I have 
installed literally hundreds of Windows software with Zip problems.  
This software here is some of the most difficult software to install 
that I have ever seen.

The amount of people that have problems with it on initial 
installation is a testiment to that fact.  If you don't wish to 
acknowlege that fact that is fine.  But you really should realize 
that these tools are not very easy to install.  You may work with 
this stuff all the time and it may seem simple to you.  But for most 
of us, this is a once a year deal.  I myself went through this whole 
process almost 2 years ago and have not had to do it since.  So, we 
are not as familar with this whole process as you and/or John.

I guess I'll just have to get help from other users rather than from 
the people supporting their product.  It seems that some of you 
resent helping others.
