i followed pretty much it word to word (except i downloaded the
prc-tools tar.gz manually) [not using install from internet]..

sure, there are problems - help us fix them.. its obvious here
that the documentation for setting up prc-tools isn't quite
enough for the "average" user... when you figure it out.. write
up a document for John to host on prc-tools website..

i believe we provide a lot of help (john and myself) to the prc-tools
and pilrc users.. but, when we put the info in your face over and over
again, you can probably understand that we start to ignore such
requests for help..
