I may have to do that.  I certainly will give my input when I figure out
what went wrong.

I did, word for word.  Since you have not tried it per the instructions,
could that be part of the problem?  I clicked "load from internet" and then
clicked the top item which loads everything.  Upon the last step, that says
add icon and menu, the setup crashed saying "illegal operation performed"
or something like that.  Very consistent on that failure.  Plus the
instructions indicate that this is possible to happen.

But just in case that was the source of my problem, I also specified to
download the setup program and load from local drive.  I did that as well
and had the same problems.

I certainly will.  Once I figure out what works for me, I will document
that very carefully and send it to him.
