We just tried checking the sample sound feature on the Zire 21 device and got the appropriate response which is that extended sound is not available on this device. We did not experience any hangs or crashes on this device.

This model claims to have the new sampled sound manager, and the sampled sound manager works just fine for output, but it just locks up when I try to ask if a sound input channel is available using SndStreamCreate(). Does this mean we we need another method to check for sound capability? (other than check for TT, Z21, TJx5, etc. ad infinitum...)
