Will it support large PNOs (>64kB) and globals for Garnet binaries?
I don't know. I think that's all part of FAST, and I'm not sure what the state of that toolkit is.
Which gcc version (arm-palmos-gcc and m68k-palmos-gcc) is used?
The versions the current prc-tools (2.3) are based one: gcc 2.95.2 for 68K and 3.3.1 for ARM.
Will some migration tool to move from prc-tools to this new tool be included?
There's not much to migrate. The CDT (C Development Tools) in Eclipse are based on makefiles. You just have to create a project, import all of your files, and you should be done.
