Huh? I just said that they might not be running the built-in one. And I'm from PalmSource obviously.

Sounds like a bug, but a fairly rare one: how many users go through setup AFTER they've done a HotSync operation to install a new launcher? (And does that bug still exist on 6.x?) I have never heard of that bug and I doubt that Setup has changed much in the last few years. If you file it through our bug reporting webpage that'd be great.

Have you reported the T5-specific bugs to palmOne? Since that isn't our code I can't speak to those issues.
