It's only not fast enough if you're scripting something. And if you're
scripting something using inquisitio, you're almost certainly doing it
wrong...

eix isn't EAPI aware, isn't Paludis configuration aware and isn't aware
of unpackaged or unavailable packages.

If you want wrong answers very quickly, head -c10 /dev/urandom should
do the job.

If they do, and if their clone / fork becomes widely enough known that
it becomes a nuisance again, there are more extreme measures that can
be taken.

It's not making people happy though. It's giving people weird errors
they don't understand.

If you know what you're doing, you could make your own fork of
paludis-extras for personal use and make sure it doesn't get mentioned
on the Gentoo forums or any kind of crappy wiki. You can do whatever
you want right up until I see it mentioned in a support request, howto
or bug report.
