If it is a valley fold, I score the back, non printed side with a dull
exacto knife.  When the fold is set I reinforce it with some extra
glue in the cut.  For a mountain fold, I actually use a pair on needle-
nose pliers.  I found a pair that is smooth on the inside so it
doesn't crimp the paper.  I pinch the paper where I want the fold and
then fold it over the edge of the pliers.  For longer folds I simply
work down the paper folding a section a little at a time.
