Consider getting a webspace combined with PHP and a MySQL database.
Simply because PHP becomes more and more a web standard which is
absolutely neccessary if you want to install a content management
system for example. And it's not really costly. I pay around 10 US$
for my 500MB Webspace with a administration frontend, ftp and email
combined with the possibility of PHP an a connection to a MySQL
database server. And I do more and more PHP because you can do
things which can't be done in other ways.
