Well, Google Sites would be sorta appropriate:
http://www.google.com/sites/help/intl/en/overview.html
They "brag" that no HTML is required and so on from which I infer
it's intended for non-geeks (if not total noobs). However, from the
intro video it looks sorta boilerplate-ish, maybe too much so.
It _is_ free though.
