Wrong part of the state. Those are for use down here in SoCal.
People in the Bay Area need money, lots and lots of money as it is the
most expensive place in the US (and sometimes the world) to live. One
also needs to be able to ignore some of the most insane politicians (a
major one was described by the local head of the Socialist Workers Party
as, "a dangerous extremist" and they are officially on the same side).
You also have to be ready for the earth to move. In SoCal we get little
shakes but the Bay Area has had some spectacular shakes.
CA really should be 2 states since the North and South are so very
different. The only things we share are the friendly people and being
the best state to live in. (We may be broke but we are friendly)
