I am curious, since things are so different here in Europe: how small are small places in California? Here where I live, in a relatively large city (but very small for americans, I guess) in South Italy, small places are about 70-80 mq or less, and they go for about 300-400k dollars if in good conditions. Can you tell me about California? Thank you!
