approximately 800-1300 square feet.

The location is important. The prices are lower where the gangs are active
and the crime rate is high. We rent a two bedroom apartment and have 900
square feet - we're paying $1500 a month. And down the street from where we
are, there are a number of houses that are $1M-2M

During the Dot-Com boom, the same size apartment in Sunnyvale cost $2700 per
month.
