Michael the reason you get an odd look is not the kilt but the universal
question "what does a scotsman wear under his kilt". I'd have a 12 month length
in my hair and beard and wear mine at the scottish games held in Sydney when I
was young but sadly those days are gone and the kit sits in my camfor wood box
for one of the boys if they are interested.

As an aside I use a CPAP machine(auto pressure) with humidifier, chin strap and
face mask, brilliant outcome and worth the hassle.

P.S. My thoughts that all goes well with the op

  Like to embarrass New Orleans
To "save face" flamboyant transgenders are simply ignored.
The subway and college campuses are like a bizzaro world where there is no
fear of violence or robbery, but lots to look at and feel all... creepy.
Even straight hetros (can I say that) dress like Anime characters here.

  But I exaggerate.

I love Taiwan because there is NO fashion police. Dress how you like and
others leave you alone to do so.

Although my kilt STILL gets odd looks at Saint Patrick's day.

Hey, I went to cash the time check at the time bank and all I got
was 9 hours and 27 minutes even though the check was for 9 hours and 59
minutes! What a racket... they claim it is service fees because "time is
money!"
