Okay, update and some good news...I downloaded the files again and this time
I used Alzip to extract them...and I was eventually able to extract each of
the files and same them to a new folder.  Alzip seemed to work where all of
the other extraction programs gave me errors and corrupt pdf files, for some
reason I still don't understand.

In any event, just to let you all know I got the files now using Alzip. 

Once again, thanks for the help, everyone, I do appreciate it very much!

Worth checking, I agree. Everything with "disney" in the URL is
suspect, it seems; even Jim's original post was grabbed by Google
Groups' SPAM filter.
