Thank you for fixing these and pointing the others out.
I have corrected the errors flagged by c_header_guards.t and
c_macro_args.t in my last patch.
However, my violations of c_indent.t comply with PDD07. Specifically:
'Labels (including case labels) must be outdented two columns relative to
the code they label.'
