Why the High Ebay Prices on XM PCR?

Most of us bought our XM PCR units for between $50 and $70, so imagine my 
shock when I checked out the going prices on Ebay, of $180 to $255 and 
more!

What's the deal here folks?  I can'tfigure out why these units are going 
for so much, although I do like my unit!
