Hi Katrina, Do you know exactly what setting you changed in JFW? Jaws has no problems when I do either task. It also could be a case of the amount of memory you have that may be affecting the speech. With my old windows2k system, I couldn't use jaws with the audio burning tools because of the strain it put on the ram. I've got over 500Megs of ram in this new system and it purs like a well how should I say this, oh yeah, got it. "Kat!" Grins!
