The breeze started from the west and slowly went W/SW, building
throughout the day. Winds ranged from 10-18 knots with some bigger
puffs. All courses were W4's and W5's. 5 breakdowns were awarded in
the windy conditions and one protest was disallowed. Thanks to judge
Bill Morris and the Brown sailors who helped with race management and
braved a cold and windy day on the water. Very close racing with Yale
leading after the first day. First race is scheduled for 10am on
Sunday.
