Hi,
another workaround might be to use the MultiPPP protocol where you put 2
modems serially.
Besides, the rate you read at your modem start-up is usually not
constant. You can figure it out with the TCPM utility.
Moreover, you could try and use the old Modem Script Generator or edit
your modem script to try a higher modem speed rate.
