I just acquired two laser printers (and boy do my muscles ache), a
LaserWriter IIsc, and a NeXT 400dpi Laser Printer. (what a cool looking
printer!)
First: The IIsc. When powered on, it seems awfully quiet compared to my LW
Select 310. All 4 lights light up, then the green one blinks, and finally,
the two red lights (paper and paper jam) blink. I assume that this is an
error message (it's got paper in it, and I see no jam), but can't find any
info on what it means. The manual has nothing, and I didn't see anything in
the Service Source. Anyone got a clue?
Second: The NeXT printer. I plug it in, and, umm, I can't find a power
switch or any LEDs... If I can even turn it on, has anyone found a way to
use it with a Mac? Like I said, it is an awesome looking printer.
