Since you can't play with the voltage on Macs, there isn't much danger. I've
been playing around with overclocking Macs and PCs for almost 5 years now
and have never fried a processor or motherboard by doing it.
And for reference, my PowerMac 9500 is running a 59.5MHz bus speed.
