Just a quick comment on the subject of CPU temperatures.
For some time I've been running my 8600 without the side
cover (as I've been swapping RAM etc. on and off) but
then I read something here that an open case is much worse
than a sealed case and I would just like to confirm this.
Since I replaced the side cover, the CPU temperature has
dropped by 12� Celsius!!!
