Hi Tim...
Thanks for your reply.
I am using OS9.1 and since installing have used ARA. With previous OS's I
used FreePPP and didn't seem to have a major problem...the occasional boot
but that's about all. While using ARA I have had to reconnect up to 10
times per session and usually gave up in the process. I have tried to
eliminate all the standard things that may cause the problem...and of course
my server says it is not their fault (I am with an Australian server
Austarnet.com.au). It just seems strange that I have had four connections
to the internet with FreePPP and not one random disconnection. This has
never happened before...at least one disconnection per session previously.
Cheers
Ralph
