Only 'good' thing about AOL in my experience. This is based on my use of it over 6
years ago, not anything since.
You can usually find a dial up connection anywhere in the US, at least you can always
use the 800#, AND when you are job hunting and moving at the same time (I was exiting
the US Military and moving from my last base to my home city), I needed a stable email
address.
Else, it was slow and a pain to get into and it dropped calls often.
