First off, thanks to everyone for not bashing me for my sticking up for AOL.
Being an AOL user for as long as I have been, its frustrating to be looked
down upon because your an AOL user. As others, I do the BYOA, I have DSL at
home, and keep AOL primarily because I do not want to go through the hassle
of changing my email address.

I am in no way sticking up for the company AOL has become. Back in the early
90's I worked for AOL, unfortuatly got out before I could be stinking rich
like a few people I know... Anways, back when aol was small, it was a great
company, it fought to get users and it was such a great place to work for.
But as soon as AOL overcame Compuserve, everything changed. I saw Ego's flare
and what AOL stood for was no more. Today, I am glad I do not work for AOL.

I apologize for being short in my previous email on here. I would just ask
that people give not just AOL users a little slack, but everyone, even people
new to the internet. This is in fact a mail list for users to share info and
help others. If we all knew everything we would not have much to talk about.

Thanks for listening to my rambling.
