Geeze, will all pick a couple of ISP mail turkeys before we find the right
one. The biggest problems are mail networks that are archaic, over run or do
not want to be compatible with anyone. Of course, there is the biggest
problem, loose security, e.g. "Code Red" or "I Love You". As for anyone
being a bumbling idiot, well I just made one of myself last week while I
installed my new processor card.

Personally, I feel that AOL & MSN are bullies, but that is way of monopolies
and near monopolies. My biggest peeve against them, needing a credit card to
subscribe. They do however provide a service to WEB neophytes and those who
like services at their fingertips, and all we can hope for is balanced ISP
services.

Flaming with friends is fine but picking on someone as due course is
childish; besides, if this forum is going to pick on someone, then let it be
those who are subscribed to the list and don't participate unless they can
always get something for themselves.

And then of course there is Microsoft... 8^)

Just my two cents.

Oh ya, the bone head manuover I did with the processor card, I assumed that
a DIMM was 60NS, instead it was 70NS. The system booted up fine but if I
tried to do anything, like running a program, it would freeze and/or crash.
I thought I knew what I was doing, and that it had to be the card. Oh well,
at least I will be humble for a while.

Later,

John
