I just installed 2 hard drives and one is device 0 and
the other is device 1.

I added a SCSI card, and am waiting on a new cable.

So I can attach all 3 drives including my cd-rom which
is SCSI 3.

My original cable came from the top of the mother
board to device 3 cd-rom to device 0 hard drive.

Being that my original cable wasn't long enough, I
left it at top of mother board and the only thing on
it is my cd-rom device#3.

Coming off of my scsi card is device #0 and then
device # 1 is this backward?

Everytime I load a cd and try to install software, it
freezes up?

And I have to re-boot.

Help?

Steve Brown
